Water is a very important thing for our bodies. It helps keep us hydrated, it refreshes our skin not to mention it helps the nutrients in our bodies get around evenly. A way to stay cooly rehydrated through the day is either set a time limit (as above) for your water bottles so you don't have to keep refilling your bottle. You could also get an ice try (as above) and drop one or two into your water bottle. Or you could simply fill a fair amount of your bottle and place it on it's side in the freezer then fill it in the morning.
Fruits help our bodies on the inside and out. If you are a vegan and in source of iron you could use peaches instead of tablets. Although a lot of people hate watermelon seeds they help control your heart rate therefore lowering the chances of heart attacks to occur. For teens living with terrible acne there is a very juicy secret to getting rid of them... ORANGES! Oranges help your skin and vision. Cherries are delicious so eat as many as you can because not only are they tasty but they help your nervous system which is really important. Another important thing to eat is grapes as they can relax your blood vessels.
Everyone has spots they don't like about themselves, and if you want to fix it here are a few little exercises that can help. I personally to the thigh gap one everyday and twice on weekends. It is a great way to get into ship or even to maintain your shape. If you feel happy with your thighs you should use the shower time exercise. Now i don't particularly do this one but my friends swear by it. They really are great exercises and if you are insecure or shy you can easily do these in your own room.
